Wanting a Hardware Evaluation

Not sure if this is in the appropriate forum category so I apologize if it's not.

I have found (what I believe) to be a very good deal for a PC and am inclined to buy it. However, I would like some advice as to whether or not it is worth the money from someone more experienced than myself.

The specs are as follows:

Mobo: Asus Rampage IV Extreme ( 8 RAM Slots).
CPU: Intel Core i7 4960X (Never OC).
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN (6GB barely used for DOTA2 only, never OC. Check GPUZ for further details.
RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance Quad Gaming Rams (8Gb/Slot).
PSU: Corsair RM850 Gold (Modular power supply).
SSD: Corsair Force 240 GB.
HDD: Western Digital 256 Terabyte x2 (5TB).
Heatsink: (Cooler Master V8). Red Vapor Chamber.
Case: Nzxt Phantom 410 White.
CD ROM: LG Bluray Disk Re Writer. (Never use)

The asking price is $1200 AUD (negotiable) which is $891.96 USD.

It's a bit outdated but I feel like it should be way pricier than that. Thoughts?
Thanks for any advice!

Well, i'd definitely try to get any kind of assurance, and some testing·

Try to use online payment platforms that will protect the buyer from scams...

Nevertheless, it's still sketchy. But perhaps you got lucky...

I'm the OP I've just been changing my account around a bit;

I thought so too, I had to look at the ad a few times although it does seem legitimate.
So I've been planning on building my own PC, but I have occasionally been looking around and just happened to chance upon it on Facebook marketplace...

I might have to query him a bit more and ask if I can test it. He had pictures of performance included in the ad.
