Hmmm....thats a pretty decent power supply, especially the gold rating and I would assume it is probably enough to run those components, but honestly I would do some research and verify that 650w is enough for that setup. I personally use a 650w power supply on my Ryzen 2600x / RTX 2060 system and it's more than enough. But I'd have to do some digging to verify exactly how much power you will need.
I'm more familiar with AMD parts than Intel, so I can't say for 100% certainty that your PSU will work. But if i HAD to guess, I would say it is probably enough. But again, just like the motherboard, I would consider upgrading in the future. Just shop carefully and definitely do some more research before pulling the trigger. There are actually other less expensive intel CPU's you could go with and still get a good boost in performance. The 9900k is a killer chip, but it may also be a bit overkill for the gaming you plan to do with it.
