Hi everyone, Im wanting to build my first PC. I will mainly use it for gaming plus every day tasks (general browsing, uni work, etc). I dont plan on overclocking. I would like to run AAA games at 60fps 1080p at a minimum. Im really not sure which cpu to get if anyone could recommend 1 that wont cost an arm and a leg. Or even better, my budget is between 1200-1400 AUD (not including peripherals) if anyone could put together a system for me that will give me the absolute best performance for the price. A little more criteria below.

  1. I dont plan to upgrade any time soon so would like the build to last many years.
  2. SSD (obviously) but not opposed to HDD as a secondary storage if needed.
  3. Case doesnt need to be fancy or flashy, but if RGB can be worked in without sacrifice to the main hardware then perfect.
  4. If windows 10 home can be added in with the budget that be great but not necessary.

You might well be able to do with a 1tb hdd which would be cheaper.
There's also this case,

or without modularity this psu,

think the Antec is a better choice, but this will do fine if you want to save a little bit.
