Page 59 of the owner's manual PDF states the dimensions are as follows;
H:11.42 inches x W:3.7 in x Depth:12.3 in

I've changed my outlook to this 750 ti 2GB GDDR5 NewEgg. It is maybe too long for a SFF pc if I'm not mistaken. The seller doesn't tell the card length but if I would guess it might be almost 7 inches.

Could someone please verify?

It is sad.
1030 - piece of cake, means easy fit and install.
Dont buy this card because it looks like scam.
Its probably a way older card that got rebraned.
How can you notice it?
- No real product name or Brand like ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte etc.
- GTX 750 ti does use a PCIe 3.0 Interface and the gpu from newegg does have 2.0 which doesnt make sense.
- A GTX 750 ti does not have 195 streaming cores... no GPU does have this amount of cores. Closest to this is a GTX 550ti with 192.

So you are not getting a 750ti it is probably a 550ti and a 550ti is not worth 50$

Dah, Ohh. It is Small form factor Optiplex. The picture and dimensions provided confirm this.

And as such, it can not accept any Dual Bracket cards, counterfeit or not.

Video Card fan will face down toward power supply, thanks for the picture. You can see, there is no room at all.

The only option here is GT 1030 and a skinny version with fan.

Unfortunately this is it.

What about this?
750 no "ti"

I've seen AliExpress cards but not so sure, just like I shouldn't be sure about Ebay but still wanting to look on Ebay instead?

looks good to me :)

You can buy this GPU at eBay, but you still need a PCI-E riser. Your pc case is simply too small for the GTX 750 and TI's. Other solution is an GT 1030 low profile GPU, which will fit in your case but is simply overpriced.

Would like a second opinion on this please? I don't mind buying a gt 1030 LP since it's performance is maybe only 30% less than that of a 750 ti but at the same time I cannot find a gt 1030 LP that is as good as a deal with the 750 ti and this is the lowest price I could find GT 1030 LP ebay

or
GT 1030 LP Amazon

I screwed up, sorry. Some manuals are difficult to find http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/optiplex_7010_technical_guidebook.pdf

Blue PCIE x16 is wired as x16, Black (closer to PSU) is wired as x4.

That means that you can install GTX 1050TI low profile without any modifications into the Blue slot.

Your picture is wrong, I have no idea which Optiplex it is. The picture below is Optiplex 7010 SFF per Amazon and Dell manual, as Optiplex 7010 SFF has only 2 PCIE x16 slots and nothing else. Your picture has in addition to 2 x PCIE 16 slots also PCI slot and PCIE x1 slot. BAD picture.

Optiplex 7010 SFF.

What a mess....

SFF

I don't have the money for a 1050 ti LP but I would have money for a GT 1030 LP would that do okay?
