wanting to do my first pc build for under $750

Hello all I am getting ready for my first pc. I like playing games such as Assassins creed, fallout and elder scrolls series games and would like a pc that can not only play these titles but also support playing future bethesda RPG games that might come out in the next year. hopefully fallout 4. if possible i would like to be able to play Skyrim on high settings. I would also like to do this without completely going broke. My budget is $750 and i would like any possible advice you can give me on parts. I already have a gaming monitor and OS system. also I consider keyboards and mouses outside the budget. One last thing that I already have is a hard drive.

First off what kind of HDD do you have? Also are you looking for a mini-itx (console size) or a full tower?
