So basically the title says my issue I'm having

Currently, the router is set up in our office. Next to the office is a bathroom and then next to the bathroom is my room.

My room has coax as well as a telephone line built into the wall.

What would be a good way to get Ethernet into there? How would I go about turning the phone line into Ethernet so i can connect my PC to Ethernet ? Is that the best idea?

Solution
3 basic options.
1. If you have access to above the ceiling, just run an ethernet cable through the walls, hardwire from router to pc.
2. Go wireless, either with a wireless router or modem start and an add-in card on the pc.
3. Network over electric. There's adapters that'll allow network traffic to be used in your household electrical system, one adapter at the modem, one adapter by the pc.
Your phone line cannot be converted to support Ethernet as the line is completely different. Phones use RJ11 connectors whereas Ethernet uses RJ45 connectors.

Coax will not work either as it only feeds in raw data and would require a router to convert the signal.

The best way is to buy a wireless router and connect it to your router. The second way would be to physically run an Ethernet cable from the router through your walls and into your room. This is time consuming and costs a bit of money to hire someone to do for you.

Yeah you can do it , easiest way is probably MoCA
You can get a MoCA router and adapters
just as an example -

If you want to use the phone lines, you deploy VDSL extenders and change it back and forth from phone line to Ethernet

In addition to the above if you are very lucky you might be able to use the phone wires. It all depends where the wires go and the type of wires.

So step1 is to take the wall plate off and see if the wire is ethernet or if it really is the old phone wire. If it is the red, black, yellow, green stuff then it is phone wire and it will not work. If the wire is ethernet and if it goes back to a central location then you can likely replace the rj11 with rj45 and patch the 2 rooms together. Now you might also get it to work if the wire connects between the 2 rooms. You can disconnect any other rooms and it might work.

Still you are going to have to get lucky for this to be a option.

Powerline adapters seem very interesting to me.

If I have 110/11 down/up respectively, what kind of speeds could I expect from these?
