Wanting to replace MSI 970A-G43 Motherboard (and processor)

Hello! I am wanting to replace my board and then the processor with something better but I'm worried about having to make modifications to my case. I'll give it a shot if it must happen but I wanted some suggestions if possible. Anything under 200$ for the board is fine!

Going to copy and paste these from the order I made forever ago so sorry if anything is weird, I'll fix things if needed.

To be truthful , nothing on the FX platform will give you a good boost. Best to invest in a Ryzen or new Intel setup.

The FX 8320 or 8350 would only be a small improvement.
