okay so i have on gtx 770 classified wondering if i added another how much more performance i would get from having two? and also if my power supply would be be enough.

spec:
AMD 8350 4.0Ghz
Crosshair V formula-Z mobo
16gb ram
850 W psu

Solution

Assuming you mean the CORSAIR RM850, not CROSSHAIR, it should be a great PSU for what you want to do.

The 2nd PCIe X16 slot is the usual slot for a 2nd card. But that will depend on which MB you have. Your MB manual will state which is preferred.

Depending on the make/model of that 850W PSU, yes.
Dual cards are usually good for a max of 80% improvement in frame rate over a single card in games that are SLI aware... which is all modern high-end games today. From my limited testing with my 2 x GTX 660 OC cards, that seems about right.
