wanting to stream in the near future

Solution
that's a recorder card. I have a similar one from Hauppauge called the colossis.

it has a asic that is only capable of decoding h.264. essentially removes the encoding task from the cpu to improve cpu performance while playing games, but this one requires a hdmi input meaning its designed to record external device such as ps4 or xbone.

your cpu is waaaaaaayyyyy overkill for league so you will have no issues.

fyi LoL is one of the easiest games to render and record and will play on a 10 year old cpu. you have a top of the line cpu that is 2 years old and a top of the line gpu. you have nothing to worry about. don't buy that card

I think they both record external screens and one just does it at a faster fps rate.
