[SOLVED] wanting to upgrade cpu/motherboard in an hp h8-1260t desktop

have an hp h8-1260t desktop with a 17-2600 cpu on a Pegatron IPISB-CH2 chipset:H67...wanting to upgrade the CPU, but have to upgrade the motherboard to do so.. have an issue on what motherboard will fit my desktop...only want to upgrade motherboard/cpu/video card...since all 3 are 8 years old.....???? would it be more cost effective and less issues to build a new computer ...or can the motherboard/cpu/video card all be upgraded

need new ram too. replace the old psu.
not saving much with an old case, get a new build.
