I'd say prob the 2060 for raw performance, or the 3050 if you want the better RT functions.

I would go for the rtx 3050 just for the dlss, if the games you gonna run support dlss then the 3050 can easily increase the fps, with a little clarity loss, since you have a little old cpu, for a immediate fps gain a dlss card might be useful, and for rtx 2060 it too will give solid fps without the fancy dlss, plus the rtx 2060 is faster than a 3050, around 15 percent
