Please forgive the long post as i didnt know what all info might be relevant so including entire text of CPU-Z report

I have a Dell XPS 8500 with Win 10 64 bit, 24 gigs of ram, and currently running a GeForce 640
Im tryin to find out what are some of the better cards i can get that will work with my system, im already assuming ill have to upgrade my power supply as well, im hoping for at least a GeForce 970 for VR usage but i could use anyones help in determining if i can even run a good card for it. Preferably one with 2 HDMI ports if possible. CPU-Z report is as follows. Thank you to anyone who can help as ive wanted to upgrade my PC for a while.

Solution
Okay, I think that you will be okay with a GTX 1070, here are four that have dual HDMI ports
https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/fPFXsY,j8rcCJ,jygPxr,8fgPxr/

You have a 460W PSU and this is riding the fine line of capability, there is a lot of chatter on the forums about GPU upgrades causing problems. Also, if the PSU has aged then it will have lost some of its power capability. I advise upgrading your PSU to at least a 550W for safety sake. Here is a recommendation, this is a great price for this PSU
