[SOLVED] Wanting to upgrade my laptop. Need some guidance

Greetings everyone,

Just made my account so I could post my inquiry, though I've been a lurker for a long time.

I want to see what is upgradable from my old laptop, here a list of specs I find important (also leaving a link to specs page by the manufacturer.)

Chipset: HM77 Express
RAM Socket: DDR3 SDRAM - 1
RAM Supported: SDHC / SDXC
BIOS: Insyde Corp. v2.11 [2/25/2013]
Maximum Power Supply Wattage: 65 W

On my small research, I found the Intel Core i7-3612QE which seems to be a great upgrade (2 Cores to 4), but the 35W of consumption worries me since the current one is on 17W.
I haven't checked on RAM so far. I have no idea what else I could upgrade besides CPU, RAM, and Hard Drive.
I opened my laptop, and there is no socket for the CPU, so I'm unsure if it is soldered or glued.

Anything helps.

i5-3337U is solder to the system board

That CPU, the i5-3337U , is a BGA socket.

Soldered directly to the motherboard, and not changeable.
