Wanting to upgrade pc

Not sure which motherboards are compatible with my Radeon R9 380 8GB Gaming series GPU. The motherboard i am specifically looking to confirm is called the ASUS M5A99FX Pro 2.0. (i am trying to get my stuff upgraded at the shop and this is what they have which is compatible with the rest of my parts)

Almost any modern motherboard can support that graphics card. And yes that motherboard is compatible with you gpu. Tell me your other specs so i can see if its compatible or not

Not sure of my specs because i built the pc a while ago...
When i started building the pc, my gpu just wouldnt work so i swapped it with my brother's AMD R7 270 and that works in my pc. Currently we dont know why my R9 380 didnt work, but it works in his pc... An issue for another time; thank you for your help anyways, all i needed was confirmation of compatibility. (also i dont know how to respond directly, so im just making an 'answer')
