Solution
Unfortunately you really do need a full system upgrade. Those parts are very dated and would really only reuse the Case & Storage but this comes down to your budget.

I had a system with the FX 6300 CPU and the same GPU I believe a R7 250 MSI 2GB card, I upgraded the GPU to a RX570 (I went with 4gb card because I dont game in Ultra HD, only 1080p on my TV) and that was a HUGE difference on its own. most the games I played easily doubled FPS . but I again am not a huge gamer, but Games I do play on occasion are GTA V .. Skyrim , Dauntless, batman Arkham knight and there are more, all play great, I was impressed by the increase performance, however that said, I did still go and build a entirely new system since then, and now I cannot even compare the two, as the new system makes the old one seem so much worse than it really was lol but that should be expected when you go from a FX 6300 3 core CPU (6 thread) to a 8 core (16 thread) CPU as well as I"ve quadrupled RAM from 8GB to 32GB ,
