Wanting to upgrade

Hello. My spec are:
8gb ram
4790k cpu
xfx 7870 core edition graphics card
ASUS Z97-A my mobo
550w xfx power supply

So i want to upgrade my graphics card and i am thinking of buying a 1060 gtx 3gb. Will i have a bottleneck or any other problem?

There should be no bottleneck, but if you have the extra cash you should get the 6gb, 3gb isnt really enough and we don't know how long it last. You could just get the gtx 1050ti 4gb it has good enough vram.

I'm in the same boat man. I've got the 7950. Basically performs like a 1050ti. So It's kind of like ok, what do I want to get for it to be more than a simple incremental upgrade.
