So my computer started going into BIOS at every reboot a few days ago. Says something about "Press ENTER to reload Bios Settings or F1 to setup Bios", I then cant press ENTER so I press F1, setup the few tweaks I usually have and then next reboot it does the same thing, any idea?

Solution
As others have already said...the BIOS battery is likely dead. It looks like a coin and is usually a CR2032 type battery and are usually located around the GPU slots. It's not hard to change...just depress the clip on one side and it usually pops out.

So this battery? Can I just take one from a local hardware store (not computer sture) as long as it has the same Volt?

Yes. I buy mine at the local drug store when needed.
