[SOLVED] WAP DL/UL Speed

What would cause a WAPs UL speed to be at 40mbs versus DL at 600kbs? Crazy.

It may not be the WAP it maybe the end device. It just means one side can hear the other better. Why this happens is extremely hard to say the wifi chips provide little diagnostic data. In most cases it is related to interference, then again it can be driver related but drivers are black boxes too you just find "magic" files with different build dates to load and hope they work different.
