Question Warhammer 3 & Three Kingdoms Low FPS Issue, Previous TW Titles Fine

Wierd issue that came up My pc build is:

• RYZEN 3700x
• RX 5700
• 32Gb gskill ram

I ran into an issue with Total War: Warhammer 3 & Three Kingdoms, in which i get sub 20fps in each game. I do not know what i did, but everything was working fine yesterday morning & then when i wanted to play i get sub 20fps, I tested out other TW titles and games and they run just fine! After continuous testing if i were to reinstall GPU drivers the game would run perfectly fine, until i restart my PC and i get 20fps again.

I reinstalled drivers,cleaned installed drivers, dont have razor cortex, check out multiple games and they are fine. what seems to be the issue?

Thanks for trying to help! I've found the issue, there was a virus mining my GPU , look out for PC --> Microsoft network realtime inspection service.exe <--- malwarebytes got rid of this and the game runs like normal, no wonder why everytime i reinstalled the driver it would disable the mine

Im am honestly not even sure myself, all i did was look at a in game replay and shut it off, I only noticed because of Warhammer 3 giving me below sub 20 fps.
