Warning! BIOS recovery mode detected

I was trying to ipdate my bios on my pc and while it was updating my pc crashed. Now when i turn it on i get Warning! BIOS recovery mode has been detected, Please put the file "M6I.CAP" into hdd or a removable usb media device and than restart your computer.you can also insert ASUS support cd to your cd rom and reset your computer, if you have done these, please wait a moment and dont shurdown the system! System will be automatically rebooted
I have put the BIOS i downloaded for the motherboard on the asus website but it hasnt rebooted. I also tried to reset the CMOS but that hasnt worked either. Does anyone know what i can do?
Specs are MAXIMUS VI IMPACT with 8 gigs of ram i7 4790k and a gtx 1060 Please help!
