Don't buy M.2 NVMe if you are a gamer or steamer or content creator.
Unless you live in a country or your room temparature is below 25c 24/7.
Perth summer time 30c today NVMe overheat caused my pc to shutdown 5 times due to less than 30 minutes of game play on dota 2. this means that continuos load on this * will cause overheating issues.
i got i got 10 fans, gpu x 3, cpu x 1, psu x 1, case x 5 (3 x140mm, 2 x 120mm) still it * overheats.
I'm getting a normal SSD tomorrow. NVMe will be use to transfer or save smaller files.
Such a let down. Or maybe i should buy a table fan and blow directly on that * . im so piss off sorry for my words. but that feeling when u expect something u pay so much for to work but it fail on such a simple task. i havent even try to use it for my content creating damn it. I would rather spend on something thats more reliable than a high speed but fail NVMe.
its a samsung 960 evo 500gb by the way.
