Warning your case had been opened press any key to continue

I have had a half built pc sitting around for a while I finally got it built but a red message pops up in the middle of the screen saying Warning your case had been opened Press any key to continue but no key will do anything, I read a lot of things saying just pull up bios but none of the buttons to pull up bios are pulling it up I have tried with 3 different keyboards and I don't know what to do please help

First try a clear the cmos, use the jumper on the motherboard to clear it, you could try removing the cmos battery for 5 mins, but it doesnt always work, next when you can finally get into the bios, look for the chassis intrusion setting in there and disable it.
