i got a replacement for a benq xl2411z that i returned because of annoying backlight bleed along the right side of the screen, i got a replacement and i turned it on, all seemed well, i looked at the edge of the display where the problem used to be only to find some minor bleed but i was not too bothered, i looked at the right side of the monitor and and it is warped the back part of the bezel on the right side of the monitor that attaches to the front part of the bezel is bent outwards at a point only slightly and there is a gap between the two parts of the bezel about 1mm i don't know what to do about this 🙁

if they sent you a repaied unit then the bezel clip may be broken. or it shipping damage. you can see if you can close it your self if you cant or dont want to take a photo of the damage and have the vendor start a shipping damage claim with the shipper. if the unit was a refurbed unit i would ship it back.

it is not a repaired unit (complete replacement!) and its not major amount of damage to the bezel, i know that its not a bezel clip issue as its of aluminium construction and is the part of the bezel in question is bent outward by about a mm, not too bad and i have seen worse from korean monitors, not saying that this is ideal but i do not want to wait through the 5 working day shipping process again and only want to return if it really annoys me, what should i do, is this normal.
