Warranty claim for Gigabyte motherboards - How long TAT?

i returned my motherboard for RMA since 16 Feb and I have not heard any updates on my RMA status...

anyone knows how long it will take? it's killing me man having to wait this long...

Have you tried contacting them on a ETA for that RMA to take? Because it shouldn't take that long to RMA a motherboard. Unless they lost the original RMA and its been sent somewhere else.

The max RMA process should take 2-3 weeks max, contact them just to clarify with them.

i contacted gigabyte through their website feedback, and i was told to get back to my local supplier.

as for my local supplier, they can't let me know the status at all...it's always pending... till today...

it's definitely more than 4 weeks for my rma now since i returned the board on 16th February...
