Warranty issue

Hello,
I have sapphire 5770..& have been using 14 months..suddenly the display gone...when i switch on, the 3 led glow for 7-10 sec, then a red led glow on the opposite side with 100% speed of the cooling fan,all connection was connected properly including the 6-pin, i also tested it in other PC, same story, i think may be there is some shorts in the card,
what should i do now, is their any way to repair the card?...graphics card is very costly in my country...please help me..

Sign up to the Sapphire forum and you will get some suggestions before they accept RMA. I did that in the past with a X1900GT, took some time but their RMA system worked.
