I'm getting this strange glitch where various terrains (hills, mountains, etc) have these lines stretching into the distance and if I walk into them, they completely cover my view of anything - makes the game very unplayable at times. I've restarted the game, reinstalled the game several times, updated my graphics card drivers, changed a bunch of graphics settings in-game, and still no fixes. The game is running very smoothly (around 80-120fps on low-med graphics) and doesn't crash. This issue is only in some map areas and only when I'm at ground level (doesn't appear when dropping in). I don't even know if this is a problem with the game or something on my end or even what to call this? Any help appreciated.
Using GTX 2060, Gigabyte Z590 UD motherboard, Intel i5-10600KF, 16GB 3200MHz ram, windows 11

Yeah its very bad... hahaha Nope, never had an experience like this with anything else before. Just hoping its not a graphics card issue. I would think its not GPU artefacting because these flashing objects aren't always there and I can walk around them?

Tried the advice in that article, still no fix.
