Question Warzone 200 fps in menu selection and lobby 15 fps

Hi i have run into a annoying problem on warzone. When i start the game the fps is fine in the menu selection showing 200+fps but when i click on multiplayer and go into the lobby the fps drops to 15 fps, also in game the fps is below 20 fps.
I have tried almost everything i know of.

rtx 2080
I9 9900k
16 gb ram
Rog z390

What have you tried? It's so we don't repeat what you've already tried and has turned out to be fruitless.

including the age of the PSU, apart from it's make and model, the cooling for the CPU, the airflow in said case and the version(not edition) of your OS, if you're on Windows 10.

i have tried fresh install, resetting bios settings, enabled and disabled g sync in control panel and on screen settings. Tried making new windows user. Install older nvidia driver and reinstalling new.

These are the main stuff i tried besides other small things like installing drivers uninstalling 3rd party softwares.

CPU: i9 9900k
Motherboard: rog strix z-390f
Ram: 32 gb ram
SSD/HDD:1 tb ssd and 1tb hdd
GPU: asus rtx 2080
PSU: corsair 1000w 1 year old
OS: windows 10
Monitor: xb25q 280hz
Cpu cooling is corsair cooler
3 normal cooling fans on chassi

Some of the settings in Warzone can TANK FPS; make sure RTX is off especially. Also, what resolution? Much more then 1440p is going to be a struggle.

Did you ever find a fix? I normally get around 120-140 but now as soon as I load into a lobby before even getting into the game I go straight from 150 to 40-80 and it stays there.
