Question Warzone, BLACK SCREEN for 2-3 seconds and goes back up normally

i recently upgraded my pc components then i still get the black screen issues, i experienced it for the first time on my latest upgrade :/ i know the one fix that it can do, lower graphic settings but i want to experience a good graphics and good performance for the past years ive been playing low settings, not even reaching med-high settings, rarely.. So can anyone help me what things that i should do to make the black screen disappear? I think adjusting the fan speed will prevent that issue?
