Recently came back to warzone for the Season 2 update and since that update, I've been having issues where my game freezes and stutters intermittently. It seems to happen more in firefights compared to just running around. I've tried a multitude of solutions which I'll list below with my hardware, although, I don't think it's a hardware issue as I have no problems in any other games.
Hardware :
- i7 9700k (CPU usage is consistently at 100% as well)
- RTX 2070 Super
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3000MHz
- Game is installed on a 1TB Kingston SSD.
I've tried changing the paging file settings, editing the adv_options config as well as deleting the folder, re-installed the game, booted in safe mode, repaired the game, re-installed and tried various drivers, changed power plan settings, disabled GForce Experience + discord overlays and lastly updated windows.
Any advice would be appreciated.
