Question Was getting artifacts thinking it was my GPU.... BUT

Do i really need to downclock my memmory? it seems the only way the artifacts will go is if i do so and thats -319, is this the best solution?

Btw i had to decrease it by like 400 because the artifacts will still be on screen

Have you tried using DDU to remove old drivers and then install the latest version?
