Question Was my Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 (2x2) and Bluetooth 5.0 card installed correctly?

I purchased an Alienware Aurora R8 directly from Dell.com brand new, and I upgraded to the Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 (2x2) and Bluetooth 5.0.

I notice when using an Xbox One Controller (Bluetooth) while playing any PC games, my system performance tanks (from rock solid 60fps, all the way down to 20-30fps, with stuttering) and the controller will randomly disconnect and my performance will go to rock solid, but once controller reconnects, my performance tanks. The Xbox controller (Bluetooth) is brand new, and if I plug in controller using USB cord, the performance is perfect.

I never had Bluetooth card in my PC before, so I am not sure what to look for if its installed correctly, but I notice the Killer AX1650/bluetooth card antennas dont look connected, or are they suppose to be offset from the card?

Thank you for any insight and help solving this matter, its been driving me crazy.

Not yet will give that a try, but was not sure if my Antennas are installed correctly

I updated the bluetooth drivers, and problem still persist. Only other thing I could think causing issues is maybe my Corsair Wireless receiver for the Corsair Void PRO RGB headset, since it also uses 2.4Ghz frequency like Bluetooth?

Possible, can you set them to separate channels?

That’s why I don’t use anything wireless, too many variables and chance for interference.
