My thoughts would be in the 500-ish range based on best case scenario sold separate.

That motherboard was/is quite expensive new. I guessed it as the best priced part at $150. The Video card might do similarly.
The rest would probably be best to look around ebay at other used ones that are actually moving and price right at or just below those.

Most likely your OS will move with the motherboard unless you registered it to your MS account and utilize it before someone else (re)activates it. I have run into this problem before and so it's like a tell them that the mobo price includes the OS license as perk for sale, OR keep the mobo and therefore the license to (possibly) use yourself.

About 600$ also you would want to go check the price of each part online then come to a conclusion for the price

I'd put it around $500 but if you part it out individually you'll probably get more but it may take longer to sell.
