Hi. I pluged my TV into my PC today, so i can play some games from my couch. The TV is a Samsung 32" LCD with a native resolution of 1366x768. I've used it for ps3 for the past few years and the image quality and color are amazing.
The problem i have is that when connected to my PC, a.k.a. GTX 760, the colors are washed out, and really cold spectre, but on the same HDMI cable and same port with the same settings, my ps3 games look much better, and the color is much more vibrant.
For some reason, even if my TV is 1366x768 native, my PC recomends 1360x768, and if i put it on 1366x768, it goes to 1920x1080i...
The things is, when set like that, the colors are the same as the ps3 but the letters and overall image quality is decreased. Same thing happens if i put it to 1920x1080.
The same thing applies to games. For some reasson 1366x768 and everything lower is giving me these washed out colors, whilst 1600x900 and 1920x1080, give me much better colors.
What could be the problem? Also my monitor is full HD LG D2343p.
