About a year ago I did a reset of the waste tank counter but now the error has come back again so I took the printer apart and cleaned the ink absorbing pad and reassemble it but now it wont let me reset the counter again. Can anyone out there help me solve this problem. I understand that there is software out there to reprogram the card but I can't seem to find it.
