Watch Dogs Bad Blood Lagging like hell

I got watch Dogs BB yesterday on my Laptop and it was running ultra smooth nearly 300fps on medium settings, which is unbeleivable I love my laptop <3 but today I just tried it and It's lagging like my laptop is some old 98 peice of crap I'll show specs:
Intel core i7 4700MQ
16GB RAM
nVidia GTX 765M
750GB WD Black
running on 1080p what is the problem I could have easily ran it on ultra high settings last night with no lag, but now it won't even run on low settings what should I do?

I think ur laptop is so hot, the gpu when being hot the game lags, cool it

The game is poorly optimised for pc ,so that might be the problem
