Watch Dogs cant even start

PLEASE HELP T.T!
i just installed watch dogs, and i cant get it to start, it stays on a black screen, and then it shows a message saying that the game had to be closed for some reason :S
Anyone please ?

It doesnt give me any resons at all :S
Just stays black, and then crashes.

I have a good PC

i7 4790k
R9 290X

maybe GPU drivers? PSU? Where did you get the game? Maybe it's the game itself(maybe re-install).

ive re-installed it maaany times right now :S
i have the latest GPU drivers, and i have a 1200w gold PSU
got the game over steam on this summer sale they have
its driving me crazy T.T!!!
