4 gb ram
1 gb amd/ati radeon hd 3870 card
windows 7 64 bit

Your answer is wrong. It wont even start on his PC due to the fact that it is Dx11 only. The minimum is a 5770 on the AMD side, 2 generations newer than what he has now. Dont beg for best answers, when you have no idea what you are talking about.
