Watch dogs performance on HD 7950

I have an FX 6300 and 4 GB Ram
I'm getting relatively low fps compared to the benchmarks on ultra.
I'm playin the game on Ultra (except the textures which are on high) and I'm only getting 30-45 fps when benchmarks got 55 avg with ultra textures enabled.
Is my lack of RAM the culprit?
PS:If I turn on Ultra textures the game freezes and I have to hard-boot the pc

up to date beta AMD drivers could help too

furmark temperature?

prime95 + coretemp after 10min, temperature?

Haven't run it yet in this case, but in the other one was around 65c

3dmark 2013 could help to verify a problem or if everything is ok
