Hi um just wondering what do you guys think of the h100 vs Water 2.0 Extreme

i'm upgrading from a evo 212 to a water cooler will there be at list 10-15C decrees from a 212 to a h100 or Water 2.0 extreme on a i7 2600k/i5 2500k .Do you guys think it will fit on a RAIDMAX AEOLUS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156252&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-Cases%20(Computer%20Cases%20-%20ATX%20Form)-_-Raidmax-_-11156252&AID=10440897&PID=3938566&SID=

i also feel like buying a new case so i wont need to upgrade in the future, any suggestion 150$ max budget and on a liquid cooler 130$ max budget.

No problem!

I would say go with a high-end Air cooler and be done otherwise you could try a Kit from XSPC.

if the xspc would fit my case atm i would but i think it doesn't .
and don't really want air cooler two much weigh on my mobo.

You might be able to mount the rad from the XSPC kit outside the case it has pre drilled holes for the tubing to exit and enter??? This would give it all the fresh air it wants. Just an idea...

Either way an Xspc kit is miles better than an allinone like H100,

Had a quick look at the case, a 240 rad should fit in there easily, I'll find better pics once I get home in the morning to check though

Both of those coolers are essentially the same, and neither is worth the cost. To add, Thermaltake has never made anything good when it comes to water or liquid cooling.

@Op, thermatake water=EVIL!
Avoid like you owe it money, but even the H100 won't give you the 10'c drop you are after, a lot is dependant on ambient temps

just want a case and a cpu cooler as a end game for about 3-5hrs at list . in my room is always around 60-70c ac on all day.

i looked at the wins dragon liked the side panel cos i can add 4 120mm fan but i still kinda like the Antec DF-85 Black Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower witch 1 would pull out more air? if i do get a new case should i go with this rasa kit http://www.frozencpu.com/products/11743/ex-wat-159/XSPC_Rasa_750_RS240_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_-HOT.html#blank

The Df is another good case, its up to you which you like the look of really, once you get to a certain pricepoint, most cases perform very closely,
And if you went for a 360 kit it gives you more headroom to add a gfx card into the loop in future

i will just go with the wins dragon and the 360 kit , what are the chance of a 360 kit to leak ? because i will have 2 gtx 670 cards in there as well .

If you check the sticky out up top, take your time and do things right, there is no reason that it could, or would leak,
You may find a 360 tough to squeeze inside there, it could be tight on the front panel (which is mounted on the top)
had you considered a topmount for the rad?
It requires a bit of modding but nothing too heavy

I don't mean inside at the top, I mean actually on top of the case, so if you feed the tubing through the grommets at the back, or can drill two 19mm holes underneath the rads ports then you're fine
