Questions: Is this cooler compatible with Corsair 730T case?
Is this cooler adequate for i7 4790k on high overclock @5.0Ghz
Is it better to connect water pump on cpu-opt or direct on psu?
Use the pre applied thermal paste or apply something else like ARCTIC MX-4?

Thank you.

READ THIS >---> From the official website: Compatibility Intel LGA 2011-3/2011/1366/1156/1155/1151/1150
AMD AM4/FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2
YES the spesific cooler is compatible with cocket 1150 BUT i didn't ask this.
Please reply only on 4 above questions. :)
And again thank you!

Solution
OK, first questio, you got space for 360mm rad on top location, so at first question is yes, the 730T has space for 360mm rads in top location.
2nd questio, yes it can handle, you cannot find anything bigger on the market anyway so if you dont plan to spend 500-600$ on custom cooling this would the best you can find for your cpu.
3rd question It does not matter as long as if you plug it in the motherboard you put that header to 100% all the time (caution only the header in which the pump is conected, the fans header must respond to cpu temperature change)

MX-4 is among the best so it is fine.

1150, 1151 and 1155 are exactly the same from the cooler point of view, only difference is the pins inside but physcally as dimension they are the same.

Which is why I erased my answer. It is compatible. I was mistaken.
Intel LGA 2011-3/2011/1366/1156/1155/1151/1150
AMD AM4/FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2

are all compatible.
