The 4790 is socket 1150. That cooler is designed for socket 1151. It's not compatible.

1150, 1151 and 1155 are exactly the same from the cooler point of view, only difference is the pins inside but physcally as dimension they are the same.

The 4790 is socket 1150. That cooler is designed for socket 1151. It's not compatible.

1150, 1151 and 1155 are exactly the same from the cooler point of view, only difference is the pins inside but physcally as dimension they are the same.

Which is why I erased my answer. It is compatible. I was mistaken.

from manual of pump cpu fan goes directly to cpu fan header and they plug pump in the sys fan but if you have cpu opt i would plug the pum on it .

OK, first questio, you got space for 360mm rad on top location, so at first question is yes, the 730T has space for 360mm rads in top location.
2nd questio, yes it can handle, you cannot find anything bigger on the market anyway so if you dont plan to spend 500-600$ on custom cooling this would the best you can find for your cpu.
3rd question It does not matter as long as if you plug it in the motherboard you put that header to 100% all the time (caution only the header in which the pump is conected, the fans header must respond to cpu temperature change)

MX-4 is among the best so it is fine.

Well, i always connect the pump direct on the psu using adaptor.
