it doesnt suggest any compatibility with the first water block but shows compatibility with the second water block, but arent the the same shape of card?

those cars have different PCB - different components lay out.
so blocks have different cutouts. you will not be able to install the block from a different model.
some capacitor or vrm will prevent it to fit.
