I have made a water chiller and currently running an xp3200 at fsb@265, cpu ratio at 12 and vcore to 2volts. video card is a Asus ge6800 running at 465 clock, memory 1400MHZ just shows what cooling can do. The pics will show the aqurius 2 water pump in the bucket.
Temps are cpu 14.5, vga 19, connection hose between the cpu and vga water block is 10, all temps are in C/.

I speered Die Electric Grease In the socket of the processor and around the processor casing and parts of the motherboard and the video card. This is the same substance use in auto shops for spark plugs wires,'it is none conductive'.

I tried but it would not work in an, www format, and the copy and past the url did not generate a clickable link. The url does work this way,I am sure I will or someone will find a way

The stuff I use is clear made my AGS it usually is clear and dont be afraid to use a good amount. The best stuff is spark plug protector. I also use it on the ram. I smeared it all over. Today I tried to clock to the boards Max fsb I was able to reach fsb@280x12 it ran battlefield great but I was unable to run 3dmark 5. The temps was cpu 23, vga 33 and north bridge 44. So I am now thinking of getting a new waterblock for the nb.

is it like an converted AC? it looks pretty weak for a water chiller, plus your water loop doesn't look too robust either. get wider tubing, better pump, water blocks, and a higher load compressor, you are SUPPOSE to get negative temps with a water chiller -_- (and dont' forget to insulate)

a few degrees below ambient on a humid day will give u condensation, doesn't mean its a champ water chiller

Will it stay at those temps for an extended period of time? Seems like alot of work for those temps. When I benchmark I get my temps down close to 0C or just under and thats cooling the CPU, NB, and video card.

with the chiller hook up the temps never got above 17c the water was about 3c remember that these parts came from a water fountian so the compressor was not made for sub 0 temps. Here is a pic of the new cooler hooked up yesterday

If the temps stay at 17C or lower then you have done a good job!
