[SOLVED] water colling liquid

Im thinking of getting water cooling for my cpu as i live in south Africa and its currently 35 degrees Celsius outside. also it looks cool
i just need to know if i buy a "brebuilt" water cooling set (cpu block and radiator connected, all i need to do is install it) does it come with its own liquid or do i need to buy my own distilled water and algae remover seperatly?
