Water cooled 3d workstation both cpu & gpu

hi, im looking to build a workstation for 3d work, with a budget of around 3000 $ , my main councern is the water cooling , i want a cpu & gpu solution , thinking of an quadro fx 1800, xeon or i7 processor, and 8 gigs of ram. any ideias on hardware and final hardware layout? tnx in advanced

Why are you so adamant about water cooling? Unless you're an enthusiast who has the time to maintain the LCS (and afford fried parts), it's not worth it.

If you're looking at water cooling for silence, then there is no need. The 800D is very (and yes, I mean very) quiet. Intel coolers also have a reputation for silence.
