Water cooled 4690 a little warm

I don't pay much attention to my cpu temps most of the time, but recently I noticed that while under load (games) my water cooled cpu reaches up to 66c. I know that's not a temp to be worried about, I just thought with liquid cooling the load temps would be a little lower. Granted my case is pretty cramped with PSU and GPU sandwiching the radiator and cpu cooler pipes, I have like one fan in the case. Gpu never exceeds 70c, cpu never esceeds 66c. I have a cooler master case and cpu cooler, can't think of the model atm. So 66c under load, not OC'd (maybe self turbo boosted) water cooled I5-4690 too warm? Should I invest in a roomier case or maybe a better cooler?

Your problem is like you said, probably lack of air flow in the case. Your temps are a little warm for the CPU and clock speed but it's nothing to really worry about. Getting a larger case with better airflow probably wouldn't hurt though, for example my 4790k @ 4.5GHz maxes at around 63c during Prime95 stress tests. I also have a pretty large case with around 5 case fans along with this cooler.

What type of cooler do you have?
