Water cooled Temps seem high, any suggestions?

I recently installed a water loop in my computer and my idle temps are 30-37c and load temps are hovering around 56-64c at 4.5ghz. I know my loops is more than adequate to be getting much better temps as my GPU runs 25c idle and around 45-55c in furmark. Looking for any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong.
I set my vcore to auto adjust to see what it would be running at with 4.5ghz, then adjusted vcore to manual and set it at 1.304v because thats what it was running at with auto adjust - resulted in blue screen. Adjusted it all the way up to 1.36 before it was stable in Prime95 but 1.36v causes too much heat so i went back to auto adjust and now its running back at 1.304 at under prime 95 small FFT load. One other thing that doesn't make any sense to me is that if i look at CPUZ while not under load it says my vcore is 1.37 but once i run Prime95 my vcore changes to 1.304, why would it possibly be higher vcore idle than under load!?!? PLEASE HELP! I've seen people get 5.0ghz with temps in the high 40s with an almost identical setup so there is no reason i should be running 20-25c hotter 🙁

Specs
2600k @4.5ghz (can go up to 5.1 but temps were at 80c+)
Heatkiller Rev 3.0 cpu waterblock
Asus Sabertooth p67
16gb Ripjaws
GTX 770 w/ EK waterblock
420mm Rad up top with 3x Akasa Viper 140mm fans
240mm Rad in bottom with 2x Akasa Viper 120mms

The only thing i can possibly think of is that the Antec Formula 7 Nano Diamond I used on the CPU isn't doing its job but i REALLY don't feel like bleeding my system and having to refill it so i can remove cpu waterblock and reapply with mx-4 instead. This would be a last resort for me as i spent almost 40 bucks on the coolant concentrate i used, which looks totally badass i may add (Mayhem Aurora Nebula Blue). Any help is appreciated thanks in advance!

Ambient temperature matters.

If you have a radiator, you are air cooling.

Additives adversely affects the specific heat of water, and proportionally worsens heat transfer (Thermal power = mass flow rate x specific heat x (outlet temp - inlet temp)

Just stick to a silver coil, and distilled water.

You could also increase mass flow rate of coolant with faster pumps.

My ambient temps and coolant addative aren't the issue since my GPU is running incredibly low temps, its something specifically to do with the CPU/cpu waterblock/cpu thermal compound/cpu overclock. As for "if i have a radiator i am air cooling" i don't know what you mean. I am obviously water cooling since i have a water loop installed...you can't have water cooling without a radiator. I used distilled water and have a killcoil in my reservoir. Like i said, its something specifically to do with my CPU area - Ambient temps are just fine, liquid temps are fine, its just the CPU. I think it has to do with the fact that i cannot for the life of me figure out how to overclock properly since its been so long and none of the guides i've found make any sense. Also my pump speeds are just fine as well 🙁 i have a VPP655 variable pump that is more than sufficient for my loop even on the lowest setting my GPU temps are incredible.

I see what you are saying, but what are the ambient temps of the other guys' rooms? Blasting the air conditioning has a large effect on radiators, even more than fan quality. Are your radiators obstructed from being fed cold air?

It could be TIM though. Tried tightening down further on the CPU? It might just need more pressure.

Do you have hyper threading enabled? If so, then your load temps seem normal enough for a loop full of food coloring.

Lol you're vastly over estimating the thermal absorption reduction caused by adding a dye...my ambient temps are anywhere from 22c-26c and no, my radiators are perfectly open, hence the amazing temps on the gtx 770 running at 25c and 45-50c under full load. Yes i have hyperthreading enabled but those temps do not seem normal to me for only a modest 4.5ghz OC. It is undoubtedly something to do with the overclock im running since i don't fully understand how to overclock properly anymore. Never did anything significant while this system was on air for the last 2 years and its totally different than how you used to do it with BCLK rather than multipliers back in the day that i did it a lot. I think im going to apply some MX-4 instead of the Forumla 7 Nano Diamond i have on there now and see what happens.

Those temps look right to me.
GPU's benefit far more from water-cooling than CPU's do.

Sounds like 100% normal water cooling CPU overclocking single loop shock to me that many are experiencing, simply because with your overclocking CPU intentions, the CPU should have been on it's own loop by itself, not sharing the heat from the GPU.

Your GPU should be cooled by the 240 and the CPU cooled by the 420, that would remove the GPU heat from the CPU and allow lower overclock temps of the CPU.

thanks fot he quick replies guys, appreciate it. I have (since last night) figured out how to OC correctly and have gotten temps to drop about another 5-8c so now im happy with it
