Water Cooler For Pc

Can someone recommend a good water cooler for my pc.
These are the specs of my current pc:
Power Supply - Corsair Builder Series CX500 High Performance 80 plus
Processor - AMD FX-4100 3.6GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) 8MB Cache Quad-Core
Motherboard - MSI 970A-g46 970GX AM3+ SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0
Memory - Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz High Performance RAM
HDD - 1TB Seagate 7200RPM
Graphics Card - MSI Twin Frozr GTX 660 2Gb 192bit DDR5 Overclocked card

My price range is between $20-$100

you really don't need liquid cooling for this setup because you can't OC the CPU. If you want you can get a better air cooling system for your budget.

Based upon your budget, I would recommend getting the Corsair H100i which retails at $89.99 right now on Amazon and Newegg. Just make sure your PC case is compatible to mount the H100i (240mm x 120mm radiator).

And having liquid cooling isn't just about the potential to OC. Some ppl just want a quieter PC when gaming with the CPU at stock clock speeds.
