water cooler not working

so i just bought a pc from a guy,he showed me evrything was working in the pc,especially the water cooler,but now i got it and it doesnt work.it's a deepcool maelstrom 120t,the led on the pump lights up but it just doesn't pump liquid

If you can boot to BIOS and then into GUI, what sort of temps can you see? Do you get a fan issue/warning when you power up the system? Speaking of system, please list your specs like so:

the temp starts at a number around 50-60 and it keeps going up too 100.
CPU:i5 4670k
Motherboard:msi z87 g43
Ram:8gb ddr4 2400
SSD/HDD:1tb seagate hdd
GPU:gt 630
PSU:500w adc power supply
Chassis:zalman a1
OS:windows 10
