It does depend on what your motherboard offers. I have 2x 2.0 headers and 2x 3.1 on mine, but many only have 1. There is a way around this for your needs.
These are for USB 2.0, you can use this to "add headers" to your motherboard. It essentially splits the signal. Just remember that when it comes to data, all devices will bottleneck to a single USB header bandwith. But if you are using one for software signal, you shouldn't notice any performance decrease at all. It will also require a 4-pin Molex Power. I hope this helps. Cheers!
