water cooling complete kit question?

I recommend either a EK Waterblocks kit or and XSPC Kit.

Phobya makes some good gear. That would be a good kit if you are considering it. I'm not totally sold on Jingway pumps, but the one in the kit would be fine for a CPU only kit. I'd go with something with more head pressure if you plan to include additional blocks later on, depending what blocks and how many.

If i were to get One gpu block eventually, would that be ok or should i go with the ek l360? I prefer to not go with xspc because i don't like the driver bay reservoir and i like the reservoir that comes with the phobya best, so that is my prefered choice.

Phobya G-Changer 360 v2 is a pretty beefy radiator so you should be alright unless you are taking some very high overclocks on either your CPU or GPU. You'll want to calculate your overclock TDP of your loop and determine dissipation of your loop to see what kind of head room you'll have.
